It’s that time of year again. And, yes, UPS does limit your ability to claim refunds for late shipments around the holidays. But there are many UPS services that are still guaranteed throughout the holiday season. Here’s a quick guide that shows which UPS shipments will be eligible for refunds this holiday season and which aren’t.
While UPS Ground shipments are typically guaranteed, Guaranteed Service Refunds (GSRs) are suspended for all UPS Ground shipments picked up or scheduled for delivery from November 26 – December 24. This includes shipments to and from AK, HI and PR, and UPS Standard shipments.
